Carolina Fenske JD
Carolina is Generation Law’s Real Estate Attorney.
After graduating from Depaul University Law School, she practiced real estate law at Korshak & Beaulieu and Pellegrini & Cristiano before joining Generation Law in 2012.
Her integration into Generation Law’s team was a logical move for our firm. Her thirteen years of experience in real estate law allows us to use her expertise when servicing our clients.
Having Carolina on our team is key given that real estate law is now much more complicated than it has been in the past. Many lawyers dabbled in it as a sideline but recent changes in regulations have made the financing provisions of contracts far more complicated than before. So having an accomplished real estate lawyer like Carolina under the Generation Law roof is essential for our clients.
Carolina in her own words…
“Realtors tell me that I’m very good at handling nervous clients who may need some hand holding. Sometimes they don’t understand the conventional explanation and it can get very frustrating for them. I stay even-keeled and work with them until they get it.
“I go over a contract with a client, explaining everything they need to do and what is usual and customary in their case. But I’m also open to modifying things tailored to a client’s specific needs”.
Outside of the office, Carolina spends her time with her husband and young family, camping and hiking with her two children and exploring fine cuisine and live music with her husband.

Melissa in her own words…
I really love putting my skills to use helping people. I like the personal aspect of meeting with clients, explaining the legal process to them and making them happy.”
“I’ve always related to the elderly community. When I got the opportunity to mix the litigation which is what I love with the client base that I love, I knew I had found the right fit.”
“I like helping real people with real problems. Knowing that I’m helping them with my litigation skills to make their life easier is very satisfying.”
In her spare time, she says she likes to do ‘all the things that her five year-old does’, adding that she’s ‘big into superheros and ninja turtles’. She also likes to read and go to concerts although much of her time is spent with her husband and child going on field trips, museum visits and walks through the zoo.
